Tavultesoft Keyman (Windows only)
This application allows the user to use customized keyboards for different languages and writing systems. For the purposes of CanIL courses, it allows the user to use a special IPA keyboard (see below).A free version of Keyman is available for home use only. You must first create an account on www.tavultesoft.com. You can then download and install the Home Use Edition.
