Our students appreciate you
Dear CanIL Donor,
Thank you so much for your contribution to the education of prospective language workers like me. I thank the Lord for his provision through you, and I pray that he blesses you as you have made your resources available to him.
Dear CanIL Financial Aid Donor,
As a recipient of a CanIL award, I would sincerely like to express my appreciation for your support of students such as myself. I believe I can speak on behalf of all award recipients in saying that it is an honour to be deemed worthy of the generosity and stewardship of the resources of another person. It is my hope and my desire, upon completion of my degree, to work long-term with Wycliffe in the regions of Southeast Asia or China. I am currently looking into application for OneStory, a two-year cross-cultural missions program with Wycliffe.
It is with great appreciation and sincere gratitude that I write, not only on my own behalf, but alongside all of the many CanIL students who have been blessed by the generosity of your support efforts over the years. You, and others like you, play an integral role in the raising up of the next generation of educated Christian leaders, and thus in the work of advancing the Kingdom of Heaven in our world. In light of this, it is my wish to convey to you a heartfelt thank-you for the financial support you have contributed.
Dear CanIL Financial Aid Donor,
I am writing to thank you for your generous contribution, your kindness, and support. I am currently studying for my Master’s degree in Linguistics and Exegesis, which is a program designed for Bible translators. Thank you again so much for being a part of my life. You have helped me to come closer to my goal of being a Bible translator. I pray that God blesses you for this grace that you have given. I have great appreciation for what you have done. God is faithful to every one of us, and He will provide.
Dear CanIL Supporters,
It’s with gratitude that I write to thank you for your very generous bursary in support of Bible translation among the world’s unreached peoples. I’ve just returned from a trip to Southeast Asia, exploring fields in Malaysia and Laos to assess possible long-term opportunities for translation and church planting projects. It’s an exciting time for Bible translation in that part of the world.
Your support, kindly given through CanIL, is enabling me to take courses and gain knowledge essential to a successful career in missions, and I thank you also for the much-needed prayer support of students and staff of CanIL as well. We are all partners together in God’s work among the nations.
