Jonathan Dawn

Jonathan received his B.A. in English and Education from Seattle University, his M.C.S. from Regent College in Vancouver, and his Ph.D. in Education from Southern Illinois University. Jonathan has had a variety of teaching experiences and has taught full time at Trinity Western University since 2002 in the Religious Studies Department. He has also served with African Inland Mission for twenty years, working as a cross-cultural educator, administrator, and educational designer in East Africa.

Jonathan has served on the Board of African Inland Mission International (Canada) from 2003-2014. He has established an outreach to new immigrants by teaching English through his involvement at Cedar Baptist Church in Surrey. His interests include sports, art, wildlife, and reading. Jonathan is married to Margaret and they have two married children.
